Tabreed Bahrain provides district cooling services to the Kingdom of Bahrain’s most prestigious developments. It operates a 22,800 RT plant using sea water and runs a chilled water distribution network spanning 14 kms. Major clients include the Bahrain Financial Harbour, Bahrain World Trade Center, the Reef Island and Avenues Mall.

Tabreed Bahrain was established in 2004 and is majority owned by the Tabreed (UAE).

With cooling demand in the GCC expected to nearly triple by 2030, district cooling is increasingly becoming the preferred cooling choice, offering highly reliable solutions that deliver significant operational and cost efficiencies, while reducing energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions, thereby enabling businesses and governments to meet their energy sustainability targets.
